Hi. My name is Angela, and I am an AHPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I specialize in weight loss using a plant-based approach. When I was growing up, I experienced body image issues and turned to strict calorie counting and over exercising, as a means to control my weight. By the time I reached my late twenties, I was tired of being on the hamster wheel and knew I had to find a better way. I began studying nutrition and plant-based eating. As I learned to love the foods that love me back, things began to improve. My skin looked vibrant, my energy soared, and I just felt better overall. I no longer dreaded working out because moving my body felt different when my focus became self care versus working out simply to burn calories out of guilt. This way of eating has changed my life and I have been a long term plant-based nutrition enthusiast. As a flight attendant I have learned how to manage my demanding schedule while maintaining the healthiest version of myself. I developed this program to help others who are trying to find a better way to health.
